With these funds we expect to double the number of stray, abandoned, and
feral cats coming through our spay/neuter clinic program. We will also be
able to target specific areas in Charlotte County where extra help is needed
The funds for the grants given out are generated by the purchase of the
Florida Friend Spay/Neuter License Plate. By displaying this license plate
on your vehicle you show your concern for animals and your support for
organizations helping animals through spay and neuter.
